What is a Neighbourhood Plan?
It is a local community’s Statutory development plan whose policies carry real “weight” in the planning process.
The Plan contains the detailed local policies that are specific to its designated area which are used by planning applicants and by local authority planning officers.
What can a Neighbourhood Plan do?
